防靜電塑料周轉(zhuǎn)筐是電子、電氣元器件和設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)廠家用于生產(chǎn)、周轉(zhuǎn)、貯存、包裝所必備的，是有效地保護(hù)靜電敏感免受靜電損傷的必不可少的器具。防靜電周轉(zhuǎn)筐隨著靜電敏感器件的廣泛應(yīng)用，它的質(zhì)量和防靜電性能受到用戶的極大關(guān)注。
同一個(gè)容器材料電阻的均勻性是參照GJB/105-98電荷泄放的要求而提出的，導(dǎo)電性是ESD防護(hù)材料重要性能，能讓電荷泄放到地，在同一個(gè)容器上電阻率的均勻性能讓電荷均勻地分布在整個(gè)材料上。靜電全衰期的時(shí)間測(cè)量是參照GJB/Z 105-98 H3.2.4執(zhí)行。
靜電衰減性能測(cè)試對(duì)于均勻材料(體積表面導(dǎo)電性的范圍之內(nèi)時(shí))都呈現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜的測(cè)量問(wèn)題；非均勻的體積、表面兩種導(dǎo)電材料系統(tǒng)呈現(xiàn)極端復(fù)雜的測(cè)量問(wèn)題。對(duì)于復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)的材料而言，材料的電阻率(體積電阻率或表面電阻率)對(duì)靜電衰減時(shí)間的相關(guān)性可能是前后矛盾，為了使靜電分別規(guī)定為小于10秒和2秒。
規(guī)定對(duì)耐熱性能試驗(yàn)溫度為80℃，比國(guó)標(biāo)規(guī)定的60℃有所提高。物理機(jī)械性能抗沖擊強(qiáng)度，由于電子行業(yè)的周轉(zhuǎn)筐結(jié)構(gòu)形式多樣性，對(duì)于一次性注塑成型周轉(zhuǎn)筐和元件盒可以采用跌落試驗(yàn)，但是對(duì)于組裝成型的周轉(zhuǎn)架和車(chē)難以實(shí)行整體跌落試驗(yàn)，為此暫定為對(duì)塑件做缺口沖擊試驗(yàn)，保證周轉(zhuǎn)筐的可靠性。
